Todd R. Iliff, P.A., is a Minnesota professional corporation for the law practice of Todd R. Iliff.  Iliff has been a Minnesota attorney since 1986 and has operated his own law practice in Edina, Minnesota since 1990.   Iliff’s principal practice areas include Business and Commercial law, Community Association law and Real Estate law.  Iliff has practiced extensively representing a range of clients including individuals, homeowners’ associations, and entrepreneurs, businesses of all sizes and real estate owners and developers.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

​In addition to his law practice and client representation,  Iliff is also a licensed Minnesota real estate broker and experienced real estate investor, owner-operator  and developer.  He owns, through limited liability company interests, investment property and has been a principal in the development and operation  of several real estate projects in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Iliff has the practical knowledge and years of hands on experience to advise and consult with clients on both routine and complex matters. This background allows him to analyze issues and craft solutions quickly and practically.

Iliff is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, where he is associated with the Real Property Law Section,  the Hennepin County Bar Association and is also a member of the American Bar Association.  In addition, Iliff is a Board certified Real Property Law Specialist sanctioned by the Real Property Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Iliff is a 1983 graduate of the Ivy league's Brown University where he was a member of the varsity football program and a 1986 honors graduate of William Mitchell College of Law where he was Editor of the Law Review.
